VLMAP Preparation at Soragre
On 5th March 2026, the Ganol CMU team conducted the VLMAP preparation meeting at Soragre with the VPIC members. During the discussion, the members proposed several interventions, including CC retaining walls, water storage tanks, spring chambers, dug-out ponds, and RCC check dams to improve water conservation and land management. They also expressed their willingness to construct contour trenches at the proposed intervention sites. In addition, the women’s group showed interest in undertaking livelihood activities to enhance income generation within the community.
